Therapeutic Practice
Mitch’s approach to therapy is firmly based on an evidence-based approach and draws from CBT, ACT, DBT, Schema and CPT therapy modalities. Mitch believes in making the therapy environment a warm and comfortable space. This involves a focus on collaboratively developing rapport and a shared formulation of what a person is currently going through in order to identify the most effective ways of working through their presenting concerns.
